Using MS-Word 3 I have around 25 files corresponding to a thesis. They are all supposed to be printed with a uniform format of course, and in fact use the same style sheet. All the files have footnotes. There are too many to use one master print file with includes (stupid Microsoft limit). What is the best way to copy the header and footer windows to all 25 files? Or should I just use more than one print file with includes?
