The League of Conservation Voters doesn't but either claim. The California League of Conservation Voters (CLCV) is the nonpartisan election arm of the environmental community. We monitor the environmental performance of California elected officials at the state and federal level. We endorse candidates committed to protecting our air, land, and water and take positions on state ballot measures that affect our environment.
