Is anyone out there running a Hayes Smartmodem under System V Release 2?
If so we need the software to allow us to use our modem. We have just
converted from Berkely 4.1 to System V.2 (flames to /dev/null) and we lost
the software we were using to drive the modem. We can't call out anymore,
and people around here find that quite distressing. So, do your part to
relieve the tension around here, and send us the software if you have it.
We are running System V.2 on a Vax 11/780 if that makes a difference.
P.S. We have all required source licences so there aren't any problems
with sending source.
