Is there any method for patching the Apple-supplied LaserWriter driver to accommodate a different printer? Specifically, we have a TI OmniLaser 2115 with two paper trays & no manual feed capability. Is there any way to modify the driver so we can replace the manual feed statements with the equivalent postscript code to select the alternate paper tray? This is perfered greatly to creating a postscript dump of a file & making the changes by hand.
