Hello. Our establishment has many macs and laserwriters. My problem is that the new Laserwriter IINT has the confounded problem of reporting a paper jam message everytime it runs out of paper. The mac then proceeds to inform you that you "may" have lost a page of your print out. My question is can this be patched or something? What happened to the old days of 'the laserwriter is out of paper', where it informs the user that it is out of paper, and it then proceeds to print after paper has been supplied? Any ideas??
