I also recently ordered something from Telemart (Fontographer). Telemart took my order, promised delivery within 10 days, and then failed to deliver. When I called them they claimed there was a manufacturer's delay. Then they called back and said the delay was going to be indefinite. Trouble is, Altsys, the manufacturer, told me that there was no delay and the product was shipping. When I told Telemart this they refused to explain the delay, saying I had to write a letter to the owner if I wanted to complain. So I did, and the owner wrote back, changing the story to a distributor delay and claiming that Telemart's statement in their ads that "availability" is subject to change without notice covers situations like this. Well, even if he's right, it means that you can't trust Telemart to ship a product that is readily available from the maker. I ordered the product from MacConnection instead and it arrived 1 working day later.
