One possibility is just to wait & see if MacUser stops sending issues. The strangest things have been happening to me & Mac Mags lately. My MacUser subscription ran out a few months ago. I still get monthly MacUsers and a monthly renewal notice. About 6 months ago, I started recieving Macazine out of the blue. I like their Mag, but I have never sent in a subscription to them. In Oct., I noticed that I was also recieving MacWorld again. My subscription to that Mag. ended in early '86. I have no idea what is going on. Oh yes, I also received the last few issues of Mac Horizons. No subscription there either. Along the same vain, earlier this week I recieved a phone call at work from a small company in Salenas Ca. who had just purchased some Macs and was having problems getting them to work together. They had my name, and work phone number but thought I worked at Apple Tech Support. I work at Hewlett-Packard Corporate Quality! After telling them I didn't work at Apple, I helped them solve their problem. Afterwards, I suggested that if they need scanners or plotters for their Macs that they might consider purchasing HP products. I forgot to ask where they got my name as an Apple Tech Support person. I am begining to wonder which side of the looking glass I'm on. Confused, but otherwise doing OK, TeriAnn PS I received a Christmas card from Apple, but not from HP.
