Does anyone have any information on what clinics or hospitals in the Boston area provide services for Altzhiemer's Disease? Specifically, a person very close to me appears to have the symptoms of Altzhiemers. This person had a cat scan and some other preliminary tests but did not want to continue on with all the tests (especially psychiatric) necessary to rule out any other possibilities. This person's condition has worsened in terms of short term memory functions. To compound the problem, this person denies there is anything wrong and sees no reason to go see a doctor. In particular I would like to know if there is anyone I could talk to about how I could persuade this person to see a doctor. I would appreciate any information or suggestions.
