[comp.sys.mac] 'snd ' resources as instruments

Does anyone know if there exists a program that
a)  Can read sampled sound-files in Sound Cap (and other) formats.
b)  Allows some editing of these sounds
c)  Can save the sounds as 'snd ' resources. (Format 1 or 2)
and most important
d)  Allows the user to interactively set the loopback of the 'snd '
    resources to create an instrument that can play continuos notes
    for use with HyperCard and other programs.

I know that there are several programs that copes with a-c, but none that
can do d.
