[net.wanted] WANTED: scripts, etc. to convert Scribe to LaTeX

I want to convert several large Scribe files into LaTeX files.
Anybody have any scripts that do this (or help do this)?

Please reply to me directly.  If I get any responses, I'll summarize
to the net.

Speaking of which, does anyone have anything to convert Scribe to [nt]roff?
We have a lot of documentation in Scribe format that we'd like to format up,
and I don't want to have to do it all by hand.
