Found this in today's San Francisco Chronicle business section:

"[Apple Computer] will take over the marketing of Coral products on a
'nonprofit' basis through its association of software developers
[APDA?] , a spokeswoman said. Coral's five key engineers will join
Apple's advanced technology group at a new Apple lab in Cambridge.

"Apple will take over all marketing of a Macintosh verision of Allegro
Common Lisp, a popular set of programming tools, from Franz, Inc. of
Berkeley. Franz and Coral jointly developed and marketed a Macintosh
version, and Franz will continue to sell it for other computers,
including those produced by Apple competitor Next Inc."
