[net.wanted] wanted: Intelligent comms board for VAX 11/780

Are there any boards on the market meeting the following specs (or close
approximation):

	- plug into VAX 11/780
	- 68000 processor
	- 256K RAM
	- 1 or more Zilog SCC comms controller chips
	- DMA on comms channels


If you know of any board which might meet the above specs, please let me
know.
