We are thinking about setting up some sort of Electronic Bulletin Board here at Cayman Systems to answer customer questions, inform them of software updates, etc. The two possibilities here are either: 1. Setting up our own bulletin board in-house 2. Setting up a forum on an existing Bulletin Board. Anyone have any opinions of which they would prefer and if you would prefer option #2 I would also like to know which service. The obvious answer is Compuserve but that may not be ideal for others. Please reply to me directly since this is probably not of much use to most netters.
