The product is called MouseEase, available from: Tacklind Design 250 Cowper Street Palo Alto, CA 94301 [415] 322-2257 I bought a set a year and a half ago. They work great! My mouse moves much easier and smoother, even than when new. And the feet cost only $2.95 at the time.
