I am using MacTerminal to download binaries from comp.binaries.mac Running BinHex 4.0 produces some curious results and I would like the advice of someone more experienced. I run BinHex, select "Upload->Application" from the File menu. I wish to convert a textfile to a binary. The prompt box requests a source, then a destination. After both are supplied, the system whirrs for a while and stops with the error box "No checksum error". This message is a bit ambiguous, you must understand. The end result is a document file on my disk which is not launchable. What additional steps are necessary? What does the cryptic "no checksum error" mean? Please respond via EMAIL. If the same questions plague you, let me know, and I will send a synopsis to you. Thanks! stan chesnutt/plexus computers, inc
