Is this a reported problem? I have important documents that are in microsoft word 3.2. When I print them some paragraphs print the first line then start the next paragraph. I can solve this by adding spaces to the end of the last line of text in the first paragraph. They are fine in page preview. I can't print these documents to just see if all the paragraphs are going to print, I would spend all day checking and resending the documents, and the Department will not allow me to use all the toner up. I have also tried 3.1 Word. The OS is 6.0.2. ????????? Larry Metzger GTA, Systems West Virginia University

There were some formatting problems of this type in version 3.0, but in 3.01 they were fixed. Try holding down the shift key and selecting Re-paginate with the mouse. If the document could have become corrupt somehow, do a Save As... and click the formats button and select InterChange format. This will save the document in RTF (Rich Text Format). Re-open the saved document and click yes when your asked to interpret RTF. | Larry Metzger Hopefully one of these methods will work for you. I had a similar problem when I tried to print mailing labels. There's a known problem if you try to set your top and/or bottom page margin to zero. If you've done that, try setting it to something else such as 0.1in and see if your problem goes away. (This problem was documented in the addendum that came with 3.01.)
