We've been having a troublesome problem with the 1.0.7 version
of CE's QuickMail. People who use Pluses or SE's report that when
they try to read mail or get an attachment, the QuickMail icon twirls
indefinitely, & they need to restart their machine to get control.
This doesn't happen all the time, or even very often (but anytime is
too often). The Mac's in question are all Localtalk-wired to the
mail center, which is on a Mac II. Mac II's do not seem to have the
same trouble. Does anyone have any ideas about what's happening,
& whether anything can be done about it? Is this happening to anyone
else? (We've also contacted CE on this.)
