Hello out there... I'm a college student, which is, hopefully, an accurate indicator of my financial situation, and I've had an Atari ST 68K-based machine for about a year. Well, after a year of worrying about the survival of my machine, after a year of seeing no more than one or two new software packages re- leased every month, I've decided to switch to a more secure system. I've been thinking about Macs and IBM clones, but after working with a Motorola-based system with a windowing environment standard, I REALLY don't want to switch to an 80286-clone and go back into the stone ages. My question is -- why the price difference between a 1MB Plus and a 1MB SE? If I do get a Plus, am I getting another system for which software sup- port will fade? Can a Plus be expanded with a hard drive? How about an accelerator board of some sort? What are the exact differences between a Plus and an SE? Any such info would be appreciated. Please mail me if you have some. Thanks in advance. -- JJS
