[comp.sys.mac] Looking for SCSI Formatter

I am looking for a Mac application that someone said is called "S F & I"
and is a general purpose SCSI formatter and installer.  We have some
CDC Wren SCSI disks, and would like to format them.  Could someone please
send a copy of this program to me?
