A few weeks ago I posted a message soliciting opinions about customer support database options and I just wanted to summarize and let you know my decision. (Oh and to thank all of you that replied!). There were two very dominant feelings in the responses that I received. First, of course, was to maintain our internet connection (which we had intended to do anyways). The second was to use anything but CompuServe. This feeling was based primarily on cost. Since GEnie costs $35/hour prime time, I think it is out too. So that leaves us with MacNET. Not to say that MacNET is just a last choice. It is relatively cheap, easily accessible via local phone lines, and user-friendly. If anyone has violent objections to this please send them to me, otherwise - see you on MacNET! -Chris -- Chris North chris@cayman.COM Cayman Systems 26 Landsdowne Street Cambridge MA 02139 617-494-1999
