I am looking for a text book on Unix, preferably at the introduction level, for Unix. A requirement is that it teaches 4.2BSD. I am not interested in one which has an appendix explaining what the C-shell is. I guess that rules out most books on the market. Grateful for pointers by mail. An ISDN number would be super.
