[comp.sys.mac] MacConnection's Policies

MacConnection does keep your name, address and credit card info
on file. Just give them a previous order #. I have one recorded
in my address book.

The current issue of the BCS newsletter came yesterday, bearing
results of a reader survey on mail order. Asked what mail order
companies they would recommend, 37 BCS members mentioned
MacConnection, 37 mentioned PC Connection, and 9 or fewer mentioned a
variety of other places. Considering that MacConnection and PC
Connection are really the same business, that's quite a vote of
confidence!

Note that the proximity of Boston, MA to Marlow, NH certainly had some
effect on the results. Doubtless left-coasters have their own
favorite mail order store.

I can't speak for west-coasters, but here in the midwest MacConnection's
the favorite place too. It has been for me and my workplace, at least.

Yes ... MacConnection.
We also can get stuff the next day.

At least we usually do. My last order took three days. After they had done
one day delivery on December 23rd I thought they walked on water.
