I have a friend who is trying to run a program on his 2.5 year old Mac Plus. He was running a system/finder of about 3.2! The program which came out in 1988 requires version 4.3 or later. Well, I over-write all my old system disks when I upgrade, so I could only give him 6.0.2. Whenever he tried running 6.0.2 with the program, he got system crashes (as if the Mac Plus can't handle this recent a system(?)). What are his alternatives? Will he have to upgrade his Mac Plus? How can he get a hold of system 4.3? Thanks for any help that you can offer. Jim Collymore

System 6.0.2 and System 6.0.3 run just fine on my Macintosh Plus. I suspect that some INIT is the culprit. When I upgraded my father's machine to 6.0.2, I also had to get the latest Manager and SuperSpool from SuperMac before his system ran correctly. _emt
