Sometime ago (a few months, I think) there was a posting of errata in Inside Macintosh Vol 5. Most of these were corrections for the color stuff. I seem to have misplaced my copy of this before I noted the corrections in Vol. 5. Could someone please send me that error sheet (I think it was originally distributed by someone named Fish of Fisher). Thanks much
