Does anyone know of UNIX device drivers for either the Shugart
SCSI host adapter or the Emulex one? I'm looking for something
that would work under either 4.2 or 2.9, but I'd settle for
whatever you know of. Multibus under 4.2, or UNIBUS under
4.2 or 2.9.
I'm also looking for any software you might know of that is
capable of doing archival storage and retrieval to optical
disks - the Shugart 1000, in particular. tar and dump just
don't seem adequate. Thanks,

Multibus under 4.2, or UNIBUS under > 4.2 or 2.9. > > Rick Kiessig > {decvax, ucbvax}!sun!idi!kiessig I think that HCR in toronto has a multibus driver that they sell with their unity (of the NS32000) We have one that we developed for a 4.1/multibus system (i think that hcr is also 4.1) I have heard that some one at one of the bell lab in nj purchased a DTC UNIBUS hostadaptor, but have never been able to find out what they did with it. So I guess there is a U*IX driver some were in bell labs for a SASI.
