Just FYI: Today's New York Times reports that "The copyright infringement case filed by Apple Computer Inc. against the Microsoft Corporation and the Hewlett-Packard Company will continue into next year and possibly beyond, according to a schedule established by the judge presiding over the case. At a hearing in Fed. District Court here on Friday, Judge William W. Schwarzer said he would not hold a hearing until next spring on the next phase of the case...The timetable could serve as an impetus for settlement talks. Judge Schwarzer said at the hearing that he hoped it would so do." Robert ------ ra_robert@gsbacd.uchicago.edu ------ generic disclaimer: all my opinions are mine
