I have a MacII, and would like to be able to connect two MIDI interfaces (in effect giving me 32 MIDI channels) and a modem to it. The MIDI software I have will only work with the modem and printer ports. One possibility is to use an internal modem, but that may not be in my best interest, since we are going to move to high-speed modems here at work. Another possibility might be to get some kind of ADB switch box that would allow me to switch between two (or more) devices on a serial port. A dual-port box would be even better. That way, if I ever decide to buy a serial printer, I'll already be set up. Are there other alternatives that would be useful for me? -- David Elliott dce@Solbourne.COM ...!{boulder,nbires,sun}!stan!dce
