Run ResEdit, open the System File (or the DA file where said DA is stored) and look at the resources of type DRVR. You will see a list of DAs listed with their names in quotes. Select the desired one and do a Get Info (under the File menu). Use the Rename feature of Suitcase II, use the Font/DA Utility that comes
with MasterJuggler, or use ResEdit (open up the DRVR resources, select the one
you want to rename, and do a "Get Info" on it).

I rename DAs using Suitcase II. Select the DA then click on rename
button to bring up a dialog box. I think Font DA Juggler Plus also
can do this.
