Hold down command-option-shift-delete while booting from a floppy. The
hard disk will not mount.

Hold down Shift-Option-Command-Delete, and insert your floppy. If you let go
of the keys before it sees the floppy, it will find the hard disk after all.
After the floppy goes in you can let go- don't hold them down until botting
is done.
