macintosh 2 cpu with 68020/16 mhz (original configuration) with optional 68030/32 mhz new in box or simply with 68020/16 mhz (the 68030 lets you run UNIX and makes it twice as fast as the IIx/IIcx) 5 megs ram ( 2 apple m0219 expansion kits+1 meg in 256 k simms) 100 mb internal hard drive (rodime) internal 2400 epic modem (international norms) extended keyboard apple rgb color monitor (13'') apple video card and 8 bit video card expansion kit apple monitor stand brand new carrying cases for the cpu, the monitor and the keyboard (never used so far) with a whole bunch of exceptional software the system is in immaculate condition and everything works perfectly of course. a cheap option for running UNIX is to keep the 68020 and just add a pmmu. I have heard of prices well below $500 for these. my prices are hard to beat, even if you have access to mass university discounts(check if you do not believe me). for example, I checked the pricing at the UCLA student store and they ask more than $7000 for the 68020/16 mhz system configuration. pricing: with 68020/16 mhz : $5000 + possible shipping with 68030/32 mhz : $6200 + possible shipping ( shipping is $20-$50 depending the company you choose) thank you for you attention Christian Keppenne christ@tybalt.caltech.edu | alubias@caltech.bitnet (818) 577 5282 (this one might be busy (cause: modem) but is available 24 hours or leave message at (213) 825 1038 or (818) 577 5282
