We are looking into purchasing a file server (>= 300 Mb)for our Apple-Share Mac network. One of our requirements is that the server itself should be backed up regularly, using, eg, a tape drive. I would appreciate suggestions and comments regarding this topic and will summarize if i get enough info. In particular I would like to know if people have had experience with Northern Telecom's "Memorybank". Also, are erasable optical drives something we should be considering? My impression is that it will take a couple of years for it to become a really standardized technology, but would like to know if it is otherwise!! Many thanks! sriram
