I apologize in advance for bringing this topic to the forum again, but I can't seem to find the information I need. I need to output my print files to a Postscript file. I remember seeing something about this on the net a while back, but I didn't take notice. Since it seems a pretty common procedure by people on the net I thought Apple would be able to help me. Apple sent me to my supplier -- which is Falcon Microcomputers and the technician said "It can't be done". Are they right? The manuals sure don't address this issue. As a side question, has anyone experienced a large number of failures from Mac II's on delivery. Last week we received 5 Macintosh II's and I have currently installed 4. So far I have had one bad keyboard, what looks like a bad power supply and a monitor that shakes when it gets warm -- approximately 2 1/2 hours. I have probably installed over 100 Zenith 248's and have never had a failure on installation. I was wondering whether this is an Apple problem or are our supply people dropping the machines on purpose?
