[comp.sys.mac] Rebound INIT: are there any docs for this thing?

Is there anyone out there who has the docs to the INIT rebound?  I'd
just got this thing, and I can't fingure out how to make it work
properly.  Sometimes the edittext box in the Save dialog is gone, and
I have no idea why...
