I've got 3 copies of Microsoft Word for sale. Brand new, unopened. Includes free upgrade to Word 4.0. MacConnection is currently selling this for $239, I believe. I'll sell them for $200 each, or best offer. I just ordered a copy of MS Word from MacConnection yesterday afternoon. The price list in a recent MacWeek says MS Word is $239 like Tim says, but on the phone they said they were charging my Visa $199. It seems that more often than not, the postings concerning Microsoft aren't very complimentary. Well, as is usually so, I'd like to go against the grain. Having bought the Academic version of Microsoft Word for $75 CDN (yes $75!), I anticipated having to pay the full upgrade fee to Word 4.0. After a call to Microsoft Canada, it seemed that I was going to get the upgrade for free! I sent in the cover page of the manual as requested, and the package came a few days later, complete with Word 4.0, Automac, Wordfinder & SuperPaint. Surprised is putting it mildly.
