I have a program (don't remember where I got it just now) that is exactly
what you are looking for--a command line interface for the mac.

If you want it, send me mail, and if it's shareware or freeware, I'll
send it to you.

Well, I finally found the command line interpreter I mentioned earlier.
It goes by the name of CLIM. (guess what THAT stands for?)

I'll be mailing it to all who requested it, as well as posting to
comp.binaries.mac sometime Friday or so...

Well, I found it. I Stuffed it. I BINHEXed it. But the mini
I link up to chokes every time I try to upload it. Sunday I'm
going over to my friend Peter's office, where I hope I get access
to more compliant hardware.

Does anyone here have a BIX account? I can send it through BIX, and
you can post it to comp.binaries.mac. If all else fails, I'll send
it USMail to someone who can post it.

I've sent CLIM to everyone who mailed a request--all 26 of you!
Since I don't like sending 26 copies of anything, I suggest anyone
else who wants it look in your friendly neighborhood archives, or
in comp.binaries.mac, where it should be showing up soon.

Special thanks to Peter Aiken who helped me work around a bug/glitch
that prevented me from uploading it earlier.
