Does anyone know the operating temperature of an Apple LaserWriterII NTX? The manual does not give any temperatures, but the manual for the old LaserWriter says that it gets up to 200 degrees Celsius! I have some transfer paper that I would like to make iron ons for T-shirts. The transfer paper starts to transfer at 350 F. So you see the problem, if the NTX gets as hot as the old LaserWriter, the images will be transferred to the insides of the printer! Also, does the paper sit in the printer while it calculates the PS image, or does the printer first organize the page, and then grab the paper? thanks, ...alan ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- internet: ugcommik@cs.buffalo.edu | bitnet: ugcommik@sunybcs.BITNET | uucp: ..!{watmath,boulder,decvax,rutgers}!sunybcs!ugcommik Real-Life: Alan Commike - SUNY @ Buffalo, Buffalo NY -----------------------------------------------------------------------------
