[comp.sys.mac] Passwords on Folders

I know there's a product that can be used to put folders on passwords but
I don't know what it's called or who makes it. Can someone enlighten me?

I just got a product called "Empower" that allows me to control at a folder
level who can see files, see folders, and make changes.  I don't have any
experience with it yet, but the publisher is:
