If you want a chuckle, pull out the May 31,1989 (yesterday) Wall
Street Journal and look for the ad from IBM anouncing their bold
new concept in user friendly software that uses little pictures
(called icons) and a pointing device (mouse) and a uniform "look
and feel" across applications, even applications from different
vendors!
Now go back and pull out the March, 1985
issue of Byte Magazine. Inside front cover.
Deja Vu, no?
