On all our macs here at work (and mine at home) when you go to "About the Finder" the largest unused block of ram fluctuates about 4K to 20K. As you watch it, the number will change from 1024k to 1012k for example and the amount or ram allocated to the system changes in complement. I'm sure its an INIT we picked up somewhere, but I haven't been able to isolate which (we have quite a few). Does anyone have any idea what would cause this, or know of any INITs or CDEVs that do?
