#N:parsec:44700012:000:468 parsec!rowan Nov 2 11:48:00 1983 Due to a foul-up at DDJ's subscription department and changing address twice this year, I have missed volumes 77, 78, 80 and 81 (March, April, June and July 1983) of Doctor Dobb's Journal. Does anyone know where I could borrow or buy these back issues? Requests directly to DDJ have been fruitless. Please respond by mail. Thanks in advance. Steve Rowan Parsec Scientific Computer Corp. Calling all Dr. Dobbers! In January 1892 Dr. Dobb's carried an article introducing a Small-C Screen Editor by Edward K. Ream. I don't know how many parts made up this article, but I am interested in obtaining a copy of same. I would also like to get copies of the follow-up articles: Enhancing the C Screen Editor - Vol VIII No 5 and RED: A Better Screen Editor, Part 1 - Vol VIII No 7 (I have not been able to determine if there were ever any subsequent parts to this article. Do any of you regular readers remember seeing any? If so, what issue(s) did they appear in?) I have tried my local libraries, but none have issues back from that far. I also realize that I can get back issues from Dr. Dobb's, but the 1982 issues are only available in bound form and I'd rather not purchase the entire year. I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has these issues and would be willing to copy the mentioned articles for me. I am willing to pay for copying and postage fees, but please contact me before going to any expense. Thanks in advance for your help. Dave Beyerl ihuxk!db21
