[comp.sys.mac] Database for music

I want to set up a Database for my record, tape and CD collection
on my Mac and being the lazy type that I am, I can't be bothered
to do it myself. Can anyone out on the net post me a template 
from one already set up? 

The fields I hope to use are Artist, title, format(vinly,tape,cd)
type(album,ep,double, etc), catalogue number and year

I have Filemaker 4, Hypercard, Excel etc.
