I am looking for a C debugger which will allow developers to control an imbedded 68000 system across some kind of comm line. That is, the developer writes and builds a system on some larger host, and then downloads code over onto the 68000 system. Source-level debugging facilities (e.g., breakpoint on C language statements, examination of structure members by tag name) are essential. Anyone know of a company which sells such a beast? -- /Steve Dyer {decvax,linus,ima,ihnp4}!bbncca!sdyer sdyer@bbncca.ARPA

[] Motorola sells the HDS-300, a in-circuit emulator for high-end 6800's and low-end 68000's. it can work with a host running Unix, Versados, or CP/M. it can also run stand-alone with CP/M. a source level debugger is in the works. to avoid parochialism, i shall add the Emulogic sells a source level debugger with its SLICE.
