I've found a conflict between Moire CDEV 2.2 and the MainWDEF
INIT. It looks as though something about MainWDEF (the VERS resource
is labelled "1.2 of Eric's WDEF with jbx's NeVR INIT") causes Moire
to forget to update the screen after kicking in and getting kicked
out by a mouse or keyboard event (which leaves the Moire pattern
on screen until an area is "wiped" with a window drag). It doesn't
matter whether Moire loads before or after MainWDEF. This happens
on a Mac II with an E-Machines Big Picture monitor (and on one with
a stock Apple color monitor), latest System, Multifinder, etc.
Strangely, this behavior doesn't manifest itself on an identical
machine I've got at home, using an earlier version of Moire.
If anyone finds that the conflict is not necessarily due to an
interaction between these two particular items, please send email
and I'll try to isolate the problem further.
