Help! One of my illustrious professors had a hard disk crash in his MacII (40 MB) and failed to have anything backed up. The work that is lost could take i excess of $50,000 to replace and/or redo. (I know, he should have had it backed up). What I need is a Data Recovery Service that can go into the disk and recor the lost data. Apple tells me that replacing the SCSI controller would more than likely insure that the data would be lost. At this point, the cost of such an effort is not prohibitive (kind of) but the time is crucial. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The second problem I have is the need for 21 inch color monitors for the Mac IIx. (or anything in this size) Any suggestions? Any reply should be directed to wvanbeek@midas.mgmt.purdue.edu or wvanbeek@vm.cc.purdue.edu or wvanbeek@purccvm Thanks in advance for any help.
