Hi,

  Several people have been asking as to the where abouts of Optiks.
Looks like we're all looking for the same thing.  Well I found it
on

	uxe.cso.uiuc.edu
	anonmous ftp
	pc/all/optiks.arc

  There has been alot of discussion on various graphical file formats, 
and I was wondering if they are documented somewhere.  I would also 
appreciate if those who have docs on various formats could mail them
to me.
