[net.wanted] info on dial out modems wanted

I would like to use a dial-out modem such as a Ventel, Hayes, or
Racal-Vadic with cu/uucp on a shared dial-in/dial-out port.  Has
anyone done this already on a VAX System V?  As far as I know
the ATT release limits me to the DEC DN11 ACU Interface.
If anyone has any info or software they are willing to pass on,
