In articles <8768@chinet.chi.il.us> and <32604@apple.Apple.COM>, H3nry and Jordan write about my "killer" INITs. I thought I'd clear all this up before my reputation gets irreversibly tarnished... For those of you who aren't familiar with what goes on at MacHack, I should mention that a Hack Contest is held every year. Anyone who cares to enter shows off their hacks, and the panel of judges votes on the Best Hack, and other "prestigious" awards. Anyway, I was showing off my hacks, but unfortunately, I had grabbed the wrong copy of MobileDialogs. Not only did it bomb the machine, it bombed the machine for everyone else who went after me. So the chant went up to "Kill Dean's INITs". The next day, half the people at MacHack were wearing buttons that sported "Kill Dean's INITs" on them. I dunno... I seem to have made a lasting impression on some people...
