Quadraton Systems Incorporated, Encino, California, have offered us their office automation software: Q-one, Q-graph, Q-chart, Q-mail, Q-call, Q-note, Q-math, Q-date, Q-form, Q-menu, (Q-* :-). We do not know much about them, they seem to be new here on the Dutch market. The software is written in C and supposed to run under MS/DOS and various Unix flavours (v7, 4.2, Xenix, ...). The documentation we are given is very general, but suggests that the packages are more comprehensive and superb than anything else on the market. Question: does anybody have experiences with the company and/or with the software? Does it work? How well? Prices? Performance? Does it interface smoothly with 4.2? Is it feasible on IBM-PC's? Are the Quadraton people helpful? In other words, any information that you might have is appreciated. Please reply by mail to: Guido van Rossum, CWI, Amsterdam guido@mcvax.UUCP Thanks in advance...
