The continuing saga of a company who may be getting their act together.... The latest on my recent posting on the jasmine backpack modem. I seem to have been sent a dead one (which was only sent after escalating through 2 levels of management). I have finally gotten through to a decent tech support rep (Duke) who stayed with me on the phone and discovered when I am likely to get a replacement (next week). Nice to see that there are still people who are prepared to take the time to keep customers informed. He also explained that Jasmine were revamping their support organisation, we'll see if it makes a difference. --alen the Lisa slayer (it's a long story)
