But JIMim, MS Word can read MacWrite format documents. You can open them from the Word file menu. Heck, you can even open MacPaint documents from MS Word 4.0. -shabtai

Seems that my comment re: printing the MacWrite format files was not specific enough. (No flame.) Anyway, to elaborate: yes, I know that Word can read MacWrite format files, but I do not wish to, one by one, read them into Word (dum de de de dum de dum) and then print them out one at a time. I'd much rather select them all (or at least 30 or 50 at a time) and choose the Print option from w/in Finder. Much less time I have to sit in front of that Mac. (I can even divide the files up & run 3 Macs at a time.) (Disclaimer: Macs & LaserWriters are Univ. owned, not mine ;-) Anyway, It would appear that I'll have to search thru my old disks & find a copy of MacWrite to do this. So, does 4.5 work w/ Sys 6.02?
